Material Composition of Centinel Spine^® Implantable Devices

The following document addresses the material composition of metals used in Centinel Spine products and the potential allergies/sensitivities to these metals. Please download the document and provide it to your allergy specialist.

Centinel Spine clinical faculty refer patients with allergies to metallic components to an allergy specialist. The Allergist can recommend how to evaluate a patient for sensitivity to metals. If skin testing is done, it should be conducted by a healthcare professional (ex. Allergist or Dermatologist). Unfortunately, Centinel Spine does not provide patches/material for the allergy testing. Centinel Spine recommends consulting with an allergy physician for recommendations and a further plan for surgical/medical care.
